Arugula with Radish and Tomatoes

Ready in about: 10 minutes | Serves: 2


1 cup Cherry tomatoes

6 Radish, pieces

1 Arugula, bundle

1 tbsp Olive oil

2 tsp Lemon juice

Pepper black ground, to taste


Wash arugula and tear it into pieces. Radish cut into thin circles. Cherry tomatoes cut in half. Add pine nuts.

Season the mixture with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
