Green Salad with Cherry and Pine Nuts

Ready in about: 10 minutes | Serves: 2


1.5 cup Romano Salad

1.5 cup Arugula

10 Cherry tomato

2 tbsp Pine nuts

2 tbsp Olive oil

1.5 Lime juice

1/2 Garlic, clove

Sea salt, pinch

Parmesan, to taste

Pepper black ground, to taste


Mix lemon juice, olive oil, chopped garlic, salt and pepper.

In another container, mix lettuce, arugula, cherry halves and drizzle with dressing.

Stir and sprinkle with nuts and parmesan on top – to taste.
